DeNise is licensed in health and life and certified to offer Medicare insurance products. She continually takes advantage of Medicare Certification and Training courses in Wellness Benefits, Compliance, Medicare Advantage, Community Plans, Medicare Supplement Insurance, and Prescription Drug Programs, to name a few.
DeNise will be the first to tell you her lifelong career is a reflection of her passion for helping all she meets to live and understand their Medicare benefits - today, tomorrow, and always. It helps her look forward to what is most important to her - a lifetime relationship!

Jim Ollberding
Jim has spent his entire 25-year career in the service industry. He has an incredible amount of energy and tirelessly works to give each client compassion and satisfaction. People often joke that he knows everyone coming into the age group. It's believed Jim's service career, and upbringing (he's the youngest of 10 siblings) make him excellent at understanding Medicare.
Jokes aside, Jim has worked in Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky, serving businesses and individuals alike. Each client pool calls Jim "informative." They even say he's approachable and able to put one at ease. Jim is organized and good with time. Both assets make it easy to assist Medicare clients.
Jim loves talking about Medicare as well as meeting and helping people from all walks of life. He is licensed in health and certified in Medicare —and continues to seek education. He is an exceptional asset to the philanthropy of our agency. Jim has a history of helping needy families in our community. You'll also see him around town at our volunteer events.
